Just remember that one day of binge eating will not cause weight gain as will not just one day dieting help you to lose weight- it’s rather water retention!
If however you get stuck with a longer episode of overeating – which can happen to anyone occasionally, you will put on weight.
When will it stop?
It’s like rain. When it rains let it rain.
One day – you will have your meh day.
One Tuesday, it will just come!

An important note of caution.
How do you know that this bigger body of yours isn’t there for a reason?
This body might be exactly what you need just right now.
- To protect you with a thicker layer of fat – for the day to day living.
- To protect, care and support you in your stressful life.
I remember when I stopped reading cardtoons. I loved Modesty Blaise when I was young. I was obsessed with her. Then one day I just wasn’t.
I felt a big loss.
THEN I replaced one obsession with another – this time I chose EATING.
So if you know you are obsessed with food and are overeating. Just sit down for a minute or two and ponder where this could lead to if you do stop overeating. You will have to deal with all the feelings that the food numbs for you. There is no question at all about that!
That peace of mind, when you have reached climax, will not come. You will have to create that from within! yepp! The overwhelming thoughts and the feelings – they will all come.
Are you ready for the flood wave?Are you scared?What are you most afraid of?
If not- if today is not the day to quit cold turkey- take one little step at a time and reduce the amount of food addicting foods for you. If you eat 10 doughnuts, eat 9 and so on.
No major changes but super small that you feel ok with. Write them down and check your accountability in the evening. Did you stick to YOUR plan?
Yes – continue with it!
No – Then you tweak it. The change was too big. That’s all. Make the change so YOU feel ok with it. No one else!

AND DO NOT TELL ANYONE!
DO NOT SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS.
So you feel great. You ate 8 doughnuts today and not 10! Yeahh me!
And you want to scream that out to the world and the supportive world says.
Well – you are still fat and 8 is still 8.
How do you feel now? Triumphant and good inside like you did before you shared with your loved ones? Or humiliated and lost and those 2 or 5 doughnuts that you had forsaken – let’s have them now!
DO NOT SHARE.
If you need to share and tell someone – which I fully get!
You find a SAFE forum online! With like minded people! You went and share what you want there.

And one day your TUESDAY will come.
You will feel meh.
It’s like the problem never existed.
Your ‘Tuesday’ might not come this week or next or even next month or year.
But it will ONE day – it will!
The only thing you need to do is to believe it will one day happen.

IT'S TO CREATE SUSTAINABLE HABITS.
Physical hunger. This biological urge tells you to replenish nutrients. It builds gradually and has different signals, such as a growling stomach, fatigue, or irritability. It’s satisfying when you eat any food.
Emotional hunger. This is driven by emotional need. Sadness, loneliness, and boredom are some of the feelings that can create cravings for food, often comfort foods. Eating then causes guilt and self-hatred.
It’s simple. Eat only when you’re hungry.
If you eat any other time, you’re using food to handle your emotions.

CREATE HABITS THAT WILL TURN INTO ROUTINES
Create habits that become ingrained in our mind and brain. The habits are no longer in a thought process – they are automatic and have become part of who we are and how we think and how we see ourselves. Intuitive eating is an eating style that promotes a healthy attitude toward food and body image. The idea is that you should eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. Not ful… full, but when you feel satisfied. You are ok and not bloated.
