Focus on ONE 1οΈβ£ of the things that come to your mind.
The big Domino π that is stronger, more painful? or just feels bigger than the rest.
You know which one!

Did you berate yourself? ππ»π₯΄
Did you belittle yourself?ππ»π₯΄
Did you remind yourself of all your shortcomings?ππ»π₯΄

Pick ONE of those moments and then think of what you could have thought, said to your self, what actions you could have taken or deeds – to react in a better way.

Think how would your higher self have reacted? towards you.
What would your ‘mentor’ tell you to remember about yourself?

Reflect on how you can be more loving towards yourself. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Feel, see, hear- the more senses the better! how you think, talk, act in a loving and kind way to yourself. πππππ΅Check your monkey brain! and mind.
Then let it go.ππ―

Release the thought-form and then cut its ties to you. ββοΈ
You can see a knife cutting it off you. Like a string coming out from your body that you cut off saying cut cut cut,πͺπͺπͺ with a pair of scissors. β
Whatever you fancy as long as you let it go firmly and feel it go.

This negative thought hasn’t served you in the past and will not do so in the future so let’s release it now and replace it with something new and positive instead.ππ€π

Now in thoughts, words, actions and deeds replace that negative thought form with a positive one. πππ
You have emptied the glass of water with the cloudy water and you fill it now with fresh clean clear water- your new positive thoughts, actions and deeds are replacing the old negative thought-forms. ππ

As simple as.
‘I’m not good enough will become I’m good enough.’ β
‘I’m fat to I’m in my perfect weight right now.’ β
‘I’m useless I can’t do this too I am capable of doing this as I know how and I have done this loads of times before. I know this and I can do this.’ β

It might not feel ‘right’ just now but you get my idea and the drift of it. π
It will come but you need to peel one negative thought off at the time and replace them with a positive one and let it all go. π

Once done and dusted do not dwell on it but let it go and start your lovely wonderful positive day! π€ΈββοΈππͺπππ½ββοΈπ€Άπ
