Accountability post! 

Did you made some tweaks and changed the way you ate?
Maybe thought a second before you took the usual treat?
I had made some healthy brownies to my daughter that I kept in the freezer the day before, and normally I would eat quite a few with her over the day. I did have to stop and think twice yesterday- and allowed myself 1! and was happy with that.
