How to avoid to fall asleep when you drive for a long time without stuffing yourself full with sweets.

Spinning on yesterday’s posts about habits and how and what we can do to change them.
🚗How do you keep yourself alive – not falling asleep while driving for a longer time?
🚙Slap your face with cold 💦 water each 5 seconds?
🚘Have the windows open and let the cold air freeze you 1/2 to death 💀 to stay awake? ❄️
🏎Drink coffee until your eyes 👀 pop out?
🏍Drink Coca Cola until you burp non stop for the rest of the journey?
🚖Or just eat sweets non stop?
I used to eat sweets from Sheffield to Wokingham each Wednesday and Friday and Saturday for 5 years! My son went to boarding school and my deal with me and Ed, was that I was going to come to each match until he asked me to stop. He never did so I drove up and down for 5 years, 3 times a week. I know pur madness ☔️.
When we moved to Wiltshire ❤️❤️❤️ and daughter was away I just did the same thing! Sweets and more sweets. BUT the car journey was now 45 minutes there and not! 3, 5 hours.
Do you think I ever thought off that? Well not really! The habit was car journey = sweets + Coke – end off story 🙏
So how do you change a habit and how long time does it take to change it and create a new opportunity! A new habit?
Today we drove from London to home – 2 hours and of course we stopped at the patrol station to fill up- with something to eat.
With the sugar free challenge something has just kicked in.
I had nuts and water 😮 and husband a Coke and popcorns . We are not there yet! But my god we are so better off than we were just a couple of weeks ago!
Its amazing what a difference a couple of weeks can make!
The change it can bring on 🚀🌟
If we can accomplish this in 3 weeks 💫imagine what we all can accomplish in a year or two?

Remember, if you slip up don’t beat yourself up. Just get back on track and keep going!
