Do you use a whey product after the gym or before?
Do you use a whey product after the gym or before? 💪
Or maybe as a meal replacement? 🥦🥑🍗
I have just got these from MYPROTEIN and I thought I would share with you why I bought them and how I’m getting on with them.
🍫🍓 They are all chocolate in one way or another- or strawberry.
My thinking was to help me make sure I get enough good nutrition in my body and to avoid me overeating when I have been neglecting to eat for hours.

When I get distracted and work on my Mac I go all in and forget the time.
Suddenly it’s passed lunch and sometimes even dinner time before I realise the time and by then I’m starving. 🐷🐊
Sometimes, I get so carried away – as I truly love what I’m doing- that I forget both the time it is and to look after myself.
So I thought I would help myself from thinking about all the food for all meals and have one meal replacement each day and a snack from the whey products I just bought.
The rest of the meals will be cooked and made with fresh produces.
There were so many to choose from but I bought 4 different whey products that I now can mix in with my juices – I do daily anyway.
If you haven’t got it yet- go and get Jason Vale- super juice me. Its simple and heavenly nice juices app on the app store.
He does some juices with added whey in already, but I thought I would just add the scop of my whey in where I like the juice and go from there.

Today I used the

One for lunch and one for a snack. 🍎
They where both delicious and I wasn’t hungry nor felt tired during the day.
My workouts were a Weight-training in the morning and Hiit session in the afternoon. I did a 30 minutes weight training at home with a 25 minutes HIIT session in also at home and it worked fine.
I felt great all day.
I did drink almost 3 litres of water as well. 💦

I do not believe in replacing all meals but one now and then I think is a great way of getting the full nutrition we need and not fall into the trap of suddenly finding yourself over hungry 😫 and raiding the fridge! 👊
Adding in some cacao powder, banana, peanut butter/ 1/4 of an avocado and some almond milk makes it a delicious snack and a real treat.
