3 circuits- rounds | 8 exercises | 20 seconds work | 20 seconds rest | 16 minutes – in total
1. High knees fast punches
2. Reverse lunge knee drive (left leg)
3. Reverse lunge knee drive (right leg)
4. Box push-ups
5. Slow motion burpees
6. Squat floor touches
7. Shuffle with 6 punches
8. Up-down plank
