It is completely sincere, it is a fabulous programme and I will definitely be recommending it to people. AND doing it again. I lost over 4kg which was perfect, I would have been much better with a clear 14 day run. A total two week committed is essential. CLEAR the diary! I could have lost more weight if I had done 14 days clear but I was thrilled anyway. It has got me back on track and I will definitely be doing it again.
