What can you do today to step outside of your comfort zone?
‼️ Some time ago I did ‘The Unleash The Power Within with Tony Robbins’ ‼️
We were all jumping with enormous energy and with faith for the future.
🔥 And, we all also had to walk on fire! 🔥
The first day Tony preps you to be able to walk on fire- burning cole- without burning your feet. 🔥🔥🔥🦶👣
He makes us remove the fear and crushes the limiting belief that we cant do it.
And he installs a new feeling of whatever we set our mind to do we can do. ❤️😃
We can achieve miracles once we have chosen to do so. ✨
I walked on cool with almost 10’000 people in London! It was amazing. 💪
I don’t think a single person opted out. 🐕🦆
Then we rejigged our beliefs and also thought of cold water, the colour blue on our feet while walking. It calms the feet down and also cools them! 🌊
#1 ✅ Tony did :
💥Visualisation- the cold blue water on our feet and under our feet. We saw ourself doing it over and over again- walking that fire before we had done it. We felt the joy and satisfaction that we had walked on that fire before even doing it.
The feeling of success was there and then.
And added in
💥Affirmations- I can do this. I’m invisible, I’m enough. We said empowering words out loud to ourself all day long. 💪👊
And then we walked. 👣🦶
💥Action- we planned and took action. Massive action.

#2 ✅I went to a Military Boot Camp
Some years ago. 😀💪It was awesome!
We went out swimming in the cold water in Dorset UK, and swam ( wetsuit on) quite a while and then climbed up a rock out in the water. We all had to climb and then jump off that rock. I do not like heights so it was scary. But as we all wanted to be outside our comfort zone, I jumped.
It was scary to plunge into the cold, deep and dark water, but then it was done, and I had jumped and taken the 1st step to overcome one fear that I have had. And still, have but I did it and I now know I can do it again. It just cost me a little bit more Umf and self-belief to follow through and jump!

💥Do one more rep on the weight training?
💥Say Hello to a stranger?
💥Smile to one person who looks sulky and grim?
💥Take a heavier weight and keep the form when you exercise- what weight would you take?
💥Do a longer HIIT session- pick one of Joe’s harder workouts?
💥Call someone that you haven’t spoken with for a long time and now- it’s almost to long-time sense last- so you hesitate to reconnect. Could you call that special person you think off?
