You may be wondering a little about how I came to be here with you today.

How to Focus and get your most important stuff done!

Let me tell you a quick story about the time I was trying to focus on one thing at the time but my ‘monkey mind’ was all over the place and I jumped from one task to another without finishing one thing off..

At the time I was trying to finish my modules in a course I bought as well as doing some videos to share inside my Facebook membership group – I’d poured my hard earned money buying these courses and now I couldn’t finish any off them..

I was struggling with business and family all at the same time and to choose which course to do first. Where should I start? They were all good and I needed them all..

And I was getting more and more frustrated and scared that I couldn’t start anything and ended up watching TV as I was paralysed not knowing where to start..

Then something really bad happened: I realised that was on the same spot today as I was one month ago and my deadline for my big launch was creeping up on me..

Which meant I couldn’t launch my business by following my original time plan. I had do delay the launch and my income from all the hard work I had already put in will come much later than I had hoped for…

As you can imagine, I was in bad shape and desperate, but I wasn’t ready to give up on my dream of using the Internet to sell my products and really help people make a difference in their lives.

Then I was introduced, by my husband Charlie to use this simple focus exercise each day.

It can litteraly make the difference from getting my stuff done or not. .

At that point, everything changed!

I finally figured out how to:

– Follow the successful pattern that were proven to work. Just look at the dot!

– Stay focused and be focused throughout the day. How to quickly find what worked and what didn’t in my plans.

– Feel good inside as I was able to finish tasks and tick them off (with a lot less stress).

Because I was introduced  to using this simple focus exercise each day, which can litteraly make the difference from getting my stuff done or not.

I was able to:

– Create a plan that I’m able to follow and that suits me without feeling that I’m not doing what I should be doing.

– Massively increase my progress and I could see the finish line.

– Spread my message and make a huge difference in people’s lives which is what I want all along.

Now I’m believing that I will soon start living my dream of using the Internet to sell my products and really help people make a difference in their lives and I never have to worry about struggling to finish my tasks ever again.

And that’s why I’m so passionate in sharing with you about “Focus Exercise” so you can too experience the easy way of focusing and getting your stuff done!
