🔶🔶How To Dream Big 🔶🔶
The one thing – close your eyes, imagine your life as it could possibly be.
As big as you ever dared to dream and then add on some.
Can you see it?
Open your eyes- whatever you can see- you have the capacity to move towards.
And when you go for it, use as a big picture in your head as you can possibly see, and, you will be living the biggest life you can possibly live.

Living Big is that simple.

An example of how to do this:
Write down your current income then multiply it with a number, pick any number and multiply your income with it – then ask yourself- will my current actions take me to this number in the next five years?
If they will- keep doubling that number until they won’t. Then!
Match your actions to that big number and you will be living Big.

This can be applied to anything-
Spiritual well being, your health, your personal relationships, work, anything else that matters to you.
You expand the limits of your life.

It’s only when you can dream and imagine a bigger life than you can ever hope to have one.
The struggle is that you have to dream big and also take big actions to get there.

Have a big goal and then go small. Chunk it down to get there, like:
You plant one tree and slowly you get an orchard.
Think small and your life will stay small. Think big and your life has a chance to grow big.
The choice is always yours.

If you choose a big goal, you have to go small to get there.
Narrow your priorities and do what matters the most right now.
Going small.
Chunking down the road ahead.
Go as small as you possibly can.
Don’t spread yourself thin.
You will focus less but if you focus small and on one thing you will have all your energy on that one thing.
Narrow your focus and success will follow.

Extraordinary results require you to go small, getting your focus as small as possible, simplify your thinking and crystallising your thinking so you know what you need to do, you know where you are going and then think back what you need to do to get there.

To go small you must focus on your one thing.
That one thing that matters more than anything.
At any time in life, it can only be one thing, that matters most, when that’s in line with your purpose and sits on top of your priorities and focus, it will be the most productive thing you can do to launch you towards The Best You Can Be!

Check your choices, narrow your options, line up your priorities, and do what matters most now.
You must go small, you must find your One Thing to go BIG.

Fear carries anxiety, concerns, the stress of the unknown, uncertainty, hesitant, indecision and inaction. The opposite to fear is Faith which brings calm, conviction, confidence, enthusiasm, decisiveness, excitement and action.
Which one wins?
The one you feed!
Remember where your focus goes your energy flows!
Makes sure you feed the right one and focus on where you want to go.
Be conscious in your chooses and be aware, here in the now, when you choose what to do and how to feel.
You have the choice to be and feel happy but also the choice not to be.

An extraordinary life comes from a persistent commitment to focus on constant improvement in the most important areas of your life. I have chosen these areas but you can add in others or remove some if you like.
 
🔶🔶If you don’t master your Physical Body/ your Health, the vehicle you use all day every day, you will not be able to do anything at all. You need your physical body to help you create the extraordinary life you dream off.
 
🔶🔶Your Mental and Emotional state dictates whether or not you believe you can achieve your goals. Changing your limiting beliefs to positive ones and working on keeping a positive view on things is paramount for success. Strive to share only positive energy around you and keep a positive mindset at ‘all’ time. You move from default into being deliberate. You can react deliberately on what life throws at you and you are not on autopilot. You are proactive instead of reacting to life around you. You are not on a roller coaster of emotions without any control. You are in control of your thoughts and emotions. Use the 80/20 rule or 50/50. As long as the positive thoughts outweigh the negative you are good!
 
🔶🔶Relationships, You strive to be loving and trusting, to show appreciation, and seek a loving connection with others. You are patient, respectful, and attentive to others needs. You live through your heart and demonstrate compassion and love for others. Your immediate social circle of friends brings connection, fun, and positive energy into your life. You seek out positive people and you do your very best to bring positive energy and real authenticity into all your relationships. You spend enough time with friends.
 
🔶🔶Family, You strive to be present with your family, here and now. You interact as you love being with them and make them feel enough and worthy when you spend time with them. You send out positive energy to your family. You strive to keep in contact by mail or phone or a letter to share some lights in your friends and family lives. It’s clear that you love your family and you are doing your best for them. You try to forgive their mistakes and be compassionate with them. You are grateful that you have them and you show that.
 
🔶🔶Time, How well do you chunk, block up your day so you can achieve your One Big Dream this day/this week/this month /year/ decade?
 
🔶🔶Work/ Career/ Mission, Do you feel clear, energized, and fulfilled by your work and contributions to the world? Do you believe your work or day’s effort adds real value and is a true
reflection of your Best Efforts and Contributions? Are you truly engaged and excited by what you are doing—does it feels like a mission, calling, or purpose?
Do you feel connected to the present moment and vitally alive in spirit?
Are you congruent with your beliefs and behaviours and do you keep your faith and values at the forefront of your decisions and daily actions?
 
🔶🔶Finances/Business, Are you being responsible for how you spend your money? Are you saving money for your future? Are you learning the skills necessary to develop your ability to earn even more? Are you happy with your lifestyle and allow yourself to enjoy what you have built and earned? How is your business going now? How can you double your income the next year/ decade? (An example of how to do this: Write down your current income then multiply it with a number, pick any number and multiply your income with it – then ask yourself- will my current actions take me to this number in the next five years? Do you plan special experiences—trips, adventures, nights out, time to connect or disconnect—so that you enjoy life? Do you give enough time to the things you love in life, including to your hobbies, interests, and non-work goals?
Are you curious and pay attention to the world around you, so that you can learn new things?
Do you ask questions?
Do you seek to discover new things about yourself and others? Have you created a plan on how to develop the skills needed to succeed?
