Habits: Break them and create new ones! New Opportunities, Mindset, Mental, Thinking, Meditation and Gratitude.

How often are you on autopilot?

THE DEFAULT MODE AND DIRECT MODE.

  • Do you react to what other people around you do- are you on autopilot?
  • Do you think a second and react to how you want to react?
  • So, in essence – Are You On Auto Pilot?
  • Are You Running On Your Own Old Habit Default Mode?
    Or
  • Are You On The Direct Mode?

Your default mode way of thinking will stop you doing what you want as it will repeat what it knows that you do and think.
Old habits are repeated without questioning them.

So, think bad things about yourself and you will stay in the emotion and mindset that follows.

How often do you do things without real awareness?

When drinking a glass of water- you know what happens- you don’t think how the water will go down into your digestive system.

On the other hand, if your default mode sets you up to think that you are not worthy -not enough that you can’t do this and that- you think directly that you are- not worthy, so before you even have a chance to do the task your subconscious mind has put you into autopilot and you know that you can’t do it.

You need to rethink and deliberately think- switch your thoughts-to positive, supportive, full of possibilities and by so changing the patterns in your mind.

To move from default- autopilot to direct mode.
.
DRIVING THE CAR IS GREAT FOR DEFAULT MODE AND LIKE WITH THE WATER, BUT NOT WITH A NEGATIVE MODE MINDSET,

Notice all day long when you are in the default mode- what did you think about yourself when you were in it? In the default mode?

Identify the limiting beliefs!

How can you reprogram your brain?

Your brain doesn’t know what is real- what has happened in real-time and what is a dream
– You can change how the brain sees you!
– You will then change the way your brain is wired.

HOW?
Start by changing the beliefs you have about your self.
Swop the negative ideas and beliefs with positive ones!

You change your beliefs – one step at the time- it’s like chopping down a big tree- you would use the axe over and over again to make the tree fall down. It won’t happen at once.

In brief- when you have a glass full with muddy water = your old negative beliefs, if you would add more clear water into that glass- the dirty muddy water would have no other place to go than to poor out to leave the glass.
So after some time, the muddy and dirty water would have been replaced by clean vibrant freshwater- you have changed your positive beliefs about yourself!
And the negative beliefs would have poured out.

Your brain can then spot opportunities!

Once you tell yourself you can do it and start believing it your brain will work in ways to find a solution to what you want to achieve.
And helping you see evidence that you can do it. Reinforcing your new beliefs.

And, before you know it its second nature and you will talk and say and think only positive things about yourself and see how the world around you start changing.

LET’S TALK POWER WORDS AND CHANGE THESE OLD NEGATIVE BELIEFS

Let’s tweak your unconscious mind.

Close your eyes for 30 seconds and see and feel how it would look and feel like, use as many senses as possible, feel how you would feel when you have achieved your goals.

Stay in the feeling of joy and certainty that this is now.
Remember this and believe it. Your brain will start working with your subconscious mind and together they will start finding a way to get you to your goal.
Your job is to believe it now!
See it now and feel it now- sets the ball rolling.

This simple task will rewire the mind.
Picture yourself succeeding every single day.
It is training you from default to direct mode.
You are the director and not a passenger.
