How many calories should an athletic teenage girl eat?

Active teenage boys need 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day, while active girls need 2,200 to 3,000 calories.

How many calories should a 55-year-old woman eat?
Women with sedentary lifestyles should aim to consume 1,800 calories per day between the age of 25 and 30 before this drops to 1,600 from the age of 50 onwards.
Among women with active lifestyles, calorie consumption can be as high as 2,400 per day between 20 and 30,
before dropping to 2,000 from the age of 60

How many calories should a 50-year-old man eat?
The daily calorie needs for men over the age of 50 are approximate: 2,000 calories if not active. 2,200 to 2,400 calories if moderately active

So, if you eat like your daughter or son- who can easily have between – Girls- 2200-3000 calories and Boys- 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day.
YOU WILL put on WEIGHT!
They can eat double the amount of what you can.
And this is just for you just to maintain your weight!
Never mind trying to lose some.

Remember!
Not all calories are created equal. If you’re hitting your daily calorie goal but you’re eating fast food all day every day, you might lose some weight, but you won’t feel good doing it.
If you want to lose weight, whole foods are the way to go.
Drink watermen at least 2 litres/ day and women at least 1.5 litres/ day. and stay in bed for 8-9 hours to give the body a chance to sleep at least 6.5 hours.
