My biggest dream.

Do you struggle with food?

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Pranic healer practitioner and I still struggle with weight and food.

I exercise and know what to do and I still struggle, to lose the weight and not put it back on. When I am not 100% ‘aware’ of what I eat I just eat too much of the ‘bad’ stuff. I need to be mindful all the time what I put into my mouth as I otherwise I will put on weight. That’s it.

Over Christmas, I exercised most days and ate what I wanted. Really what I wanted and the effect was shocking. I didn’t think I could put on weight at that speed with all the exercise I did, but I could!


The saying no amount of exercise will outdo a bad diet, is 100% true!


So where do I go from here?
I have done most courses out there. I have the knowledge but still struggle with my weight.

When I did my PT training I added in two extra courses in food and weight loss, as I know my weakness. I then did the nutrition coach training with LDNM – NUTRITION COACHING COURSE.
I passed all the courses and learned all the stuff and I have the knowledge. Still, I struggle.

It’s the beliefs and the limiting thoughts that are holding me back but how do I fix that?

So what next?
Will power?
Pure.


I’m now doing an NLP Practitioner course, in my search for the Holy Grail. If I can fix me I can help you. Is the essence really.

So while I’m doing this course I will share the course material as there are loads of great self-help tools out here in NLP.

These ‘exercises’ that I will share can be used in all areas of your life. You might not like me struggle with weight but with other stuff. You will be able to apply these exercises so that you can live a life you are meant to live now.

These are not workouts but simple mind games like the one below.

To question your beliefs about yourself and just make you aware of what you think.

As once you know and are aware you can change!

You can choose to stay where you are, but know what it will cost you! or step outside your comfort zone and grow and maybe just maybe dear to become the person you dream of being.

So my word to you is.
Are you with me- to make 2020 – the best year yet!

The choice is yours.
