Best 7 minutes workout that works!

7 minutes workout each day. You can do these anywhere and you don’t need to follow anyone, if you don’t want too!
- Hiit session for 20 seconds all in.
- 2 minutes stretches– pick 3! You can use pick from these. Do each for 40 seconds. I have chosen dynamic stretches here, but later on I will do static/ dynamic ones in a rota- one day static and one day dynamic- ie warm up or cool down stretches.
- #1 - 20 Seconds all in Hiit Session
- High Knees- Sprint Alternate Knees
- Beginners
- Intermediate
- 2 minutes stretching - Pick 3 stretches and hold each for 40 seconds.
- #2 - 20 Seconds all in Hiit Session
- Mountain Climbers
- Beginners
- Intermediate
- 2 minutes stretching - Pick 3 stretches and hold each for 40 seconds
- #3 - 20 Seconds all in Hiit Session
- Jumping Jacks
- 2 minutes stretching - Pick 3 stretches and hold each for 40 seconds.
