7 minutes workout each day. You can do these anywhere and you don’t need to follow anyone, if you don’t want too!

  • Hiit session for 20 seconds all in.
  • 2 minutes stretches– pick 3! You can use pick from these. Do each  for 40 seconds. I have chosen dynamic stretches here, but later on I will do static/ dynamic ones in a rota- one day static and one day dynamic- ie warm up or cool down stretches.
