How to Eat for Balance.

Do you trust your inner gut to tell you what to eat and not to eat?
Ore?
Are you on Autopilot and on the Default?
It would be better- if you used the Direct Mode, when you eat with mindfulness.
Try to eat varied colourful foods, rich in nutrients, that also provides the six tastes – sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent- slightly acidic or bitter.
This helps us to be in align with our energy and keeps us balanced.
Just as conscious breathing invites greater energy, into our lives, so do
👌nutritious foods
👌fresh clean water,
👌sleep and
👌exercise
