30 days of sugar challenge to change a habit – of sugar cravings!
Who would have known it would go so fast and that it was possible to change in that short span of time?
There is so much more to learn and know about sugars.
The knowledge really is that fat isn’t that good but OMG sugars are lethal, like a proper drug, and seriously so bad for our health.
Keep on pushing forward with the sugar awareness and just conscious/ aware- change one habit at the time to a better one, and when you pick your foods and meals try to eat as little processed food as possible. I think is the basic feedback!
