Sugar Free Accountability Post What could you do today that is a little outside your comfort zone?
I’m running, aiming for 10 km and that is outside my comfort zone. I normally run for 2-3 km and now I have added on some km.
Very much in my discomfort zone but in my growth zone! I’m pushing and making me do this.
What actions do you take now that you didn’t do just a couple off weeks ago?
Our discomfort today creates new growth and success in the long run.
How do you feel that you have grown the last couple of weeks? if at all?
