Discover The Real Reason Your weight loss and energy Is Failing
BOOST your ENERGY and WEIGHT LOSS
❤️If I get to little sleep I will dig into the sugar for sure. Sleep is paramount to get the most out off the day. Keep the room dark when you sleep and try to get black outlining – all in the UK will know what I mean. In Sweden, we don’t have that… Super good to have a really dark room when you sleep. Check medical papers on that!
❤️Eat! Don’t skip eating as you are scared of putting weight on and not really know what nice and healthy and yummy food to eat. Check out some super yummy suggestions under the recipe Blog. More will come soon! Add in protein to fill you up and for repair, carbs for energy and fat for the brain! You need all of them!
❤️Exercise– Feeling down and just tired- that’s when you should workout! To get those endorphins up and running! Feel good will come after a HIIT session or a walk anything is better than nothing! Exercise will flush out toxin and when I have eaten sweets I get a rash all over the body after a workout. A clear reminder of the detox that takes place and my bad eating the day before…
❤️Water– check your urine- is it clear? If not- that’s a great indicator to drink more water. When you exercise you need some help to flush that toxins out- help with adding in more water!
🔥🔥Good Night Sleep: Whenever I get a good night sleep, I can always count on having more energy all day the next day. But If I don’t sleep well, oh my gosh, it’s hard to get anything done, let alone try to get along with anyone. So, make sure you’re getting enough sleep is a good start to more energy. ⠀
🔥🔥Eat Nutritious Food: It’s not about how much calories you eat, it’s about the source of your calories. I say this all the time. The higher the quality of the food you eat, the higher (and more longlasting) your energy will be. So, make sure you’re eating lots of green veggies, fruits, lean protein, complex carbs, and good fats. ⠀
🔥🔥Exercise: I hear people say that they’re “too tired to work out” all the time. This is a big misconception because working out and being active actually produces more energy in your body. So, the next time you feel tired, you should actually get up and get moving. ⠀
🔥🔥Water: Water makes for 60% of our body. 60%! So, even if you’re just a little dehydrated, you will feel like crap. Your body needs to work twice as hard to get by when you don’t drink enough water, okay? So drink up your gallon of water per day, so it can do what it’s supposed to do, like help you digest, help you think clearly, and make you feel amazeballs.
