Keep the room dark when you sleep and try to get black outlining – all in the UK will know what I mean. In Sweden, we don’t have that… Super good to have a really dark room when you sleep. Check medical papers on that! ❤️Eat! To get those endorphins up and running! Feel good will come after a HIIT session or a walk anything is better than nothing! Exercise will flush out toxin and when I have eaten sweets I get a rash all over the body after a workout. A clear reminder of the detox that takes place and my bad eating the day before… ❤️Water– check your urine- is it clear? If not- that’s a great indicator to drink more water.  When you exercise you need some help to flush that toxins out- help with adding in more water!

I say this all the time. The higher the quality of the food you eat, the higher (and more longlasting) your energy will be. This is a big misconception because working out and being active actually produces more energy in your body. Your body needs to work twice as hard to get by when you don’t drink enough water, okay?
